As a Business Immigration Paralegal , you will play a pivotal role in managing complex immigration cases for employment-based clients. You will work independently, handling a high-volume caseload and ensuring seamless, professional service to clients and stakeholders.

• Independently manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload with accuracy and strong client service Prepare and file non-immigrant petitions including H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 matters
• Maintain tight case tracking, calendars, and internal documentation to ensure deadlines are consistently met Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders in professional, clear written and verbal English (and Spanish when needed) Provide proactive updates, flag risks early, and keep cases moving without constant follow-ups
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong legal drafting skills, including support letters and detailed responses to RFEs/NOIDs/PERM audits
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client-facing work Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and deadline management in a high-output legal environment Nice to Have: Experience with EB-2 NIW drafting support and evidence organization
• Experience with complex O-1 case strategy support (e.g., evidence mapping, exhibit indexing, narrative building)
